Refund Policy
Digital Patterns
Due to the immediate delivery of digital products, all crochet pattern sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase.
Digital Downloads
Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase.
Courses
Due to the digital nature of my courses and the immediate access provided, all course purchases are non-refundable.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future recurring charges. Cancellation will stop future payments but will not refund any previous payments or the current billing period.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact me within 14 days of your purchase. At my sole discretion, I may offer you another product of equal value instead of a refund.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, please contact me. I will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
By purchasing a digital product from Crochet with Akita, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
As a result, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered immediately after purchase with your express consent and acknowledgment that your withdrawal right will be lost.
